Buy a balance once. Every service has a published hour count, and each request deducts from your balance. No new quote per request, no negotiation.

Each balance has a published validity, extendable once by 30 days. Hours move freely between services.

No. A balance is prepaid credit, not a subscription. Only monthly retainers carry a 3-month minimum.

Small additions are counted in hours and added to the schedule in writing. Big changes get a new quote.

Yes. Many clients buy a package for the launch and keep a balance for what follows.

We present every delivery in one online session and explain the decisions. Then two rounds of notes, both included. A third round is 1 hour from your balance.

Book a 10-minute call. We confirm the scope and send a written quote within 24 h. You approve, then pay by card or bank transfer; the invoice is stored in your account.

VAT is shown on the quote and the invoice where it applies.

Yes. Larger packages can be split into two stages; the split is written in your quote.
