Project packages have a fixed scope and delivery date written in the quote and approved before payment. Hour credits are prepaid as quoted; each request deducts its published hours. Balances have a published validity, extendable once by 30 days.
Every request includes one presentation session and two revision rounds. Additional rounds are quoted in hours. If we miss a published date through our fault, 25% of the request's hours return to the balance.
On full payment the client owns the final deliverables and source files. Start Point may show the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotes show VAT where it applies. Invoices are issued for every payment. Larger packages may be paid in stages as written in the quote.
