The Aliwan system: an admin dashboard, an owner portal and a phone interface for the team, from the booking to the owner's monthly statement.

The brand

Aliwan runs serviced apartments in Greater Cairo for guests who book direct or through Airbnb and Booking.com, and for owners who hand over their unit. The idea comes from the iwan, the hall where a home receives you. The line: Well received.

Admin, owner portal and the team's phone

38 screens in Arabic and English, light and dark, across three surfaces. The admin dashboard runs today's arrivals, the unified calendar, bookings, units, rates and channels, payments, expenses, profitability and owner statements. Owners see their units, earnings and approvals. Housekeeping, front desk and maintenance work from a phone interface: today's tasks, check-in, inspection, issues and supplies, even offline.
